        Life has gotten so crazy since I got together with my darling Victor last year, I now have a pretty good idea of how the decapitated chicken must feel, minus the weird/painful feeling of not having a head. I've been going to cons, faires and festivals, making new friends, learning new weaves and other misc skills, etc. I could keep going, but I won't. The point is, I've been busy, and I need to get my priorities in order, keeping this one of them. I had a fit with etsy a while back and closed my account, without first weighing out my options. I don't have the time to start or maintain a website, nor do I have the money to pay someone to do it for me so, after I get back home (I'm in Seattle, soon to be my new home ), I'm going to re-open my etsy account (grrr), and provide a link to my paypal so people can actually start buying stuff from me. People here keep faving my stuff and I need to quit paying attention to things that can wait. I really am so happy that people here pay attention to my work, because I seem to be invisible almost everywhere else. To those of you who are still paying attention, thank you very much for your patience and, come hell or high water, I will have my etsy page running soon and paypal options here!

Here, I've written a few entries about me practicing chain maille, but I didn't realize until today that I haven't posted anything. Sillyhead. Anyway, I've cleaned up the gallery and added a bunch of stuff! There will be alot more in the future, and it's safe to sat that the hemp jewelry is taking a back seat. I don't want to abandon it altogether, because it's relaxing. Also, I'm getting ready to relocate, and there's a shop that I want to sell some of my hemp goods to. Please give me your opinions, because I always appreciate outside input! I get bored when it's just me and myself.

Busy, busy, busy. That's all I seem to be these days. I'm certainly not downing it, but I do miss having more time to upload pics and check peoples comments. For anyone paying attention, I'll be posting more soon and I will be clearing my gallery (fb too), so the old, stale stuff won't be cluttering my page anymore. Since my etsy has been being a twit, I'm going to get with a friends friend who knows etsy well and can help me figure out the problem. Then I will finally have stuff for sale! (how long have I had that account now?)

I will have a chance to get some uploading done soon, so please bear with me, because I have some really nice stuff to show off! My skills are developing quickly and I'm not done! =^_^= <3

The people on my fb page are all but completely useless at the moment, so I hope that people here can be more helpful. I'm looking for averages for my summer jewelry, so if you could measure your ankle (circumference) as well as anyone else you can get in on it (larger people would be very much appreciated), I'd really appreciate it!

I've been working with chain maille so much that my hemp work is taking a back seat. I'm not going to quit working with hemp entirely, but chain maille gets ALOT more attention than macrame. My dear boyfriend has been helping my further my goals so much. I'm now hooked on cons and festivals, thanks to him. My jewelry gets so much more attention and the people are so much more pleasant than the people where I live. Also, the people at the festivals and cons have far more open minds about what constitutes art vs. the people where I live. Next month, I'll be attending my first Renaissance Fair, so I want to have alot of awesome stuff to show off. I'm going to bust out a fairly complex form of weaving for any hemp stuff I take with me, as these people are far more appreciative of details than the people in my town. I feel like I'm actually getting somewhere now, and I look forward to where this takes me!! Stay tuned, now that I'm working with metal, there's some spectacular pieces to come! =^_^= <3
